Banana Breakfast Smoothie

 

Ingredients Method
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg or cinnamon
1 frozen sliced ripe large banana
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (I used low fat)
  1. Combine milk, ice, honey, nutmeg or cinnamon and the banana in a blender.  
  2. Press the top on tightly then process for 2 minutes or until smooth.  
  3. Add the yoghurt and process just until blended.  
  4. Serve
