Gnocchi with Creamy Pesto and Bacon Sauce

1t olive oil
300ml light cream
1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese
Or use Philadelphia Light Cooking Cream in place of the Cream and Sour Cream |
1. Heat oil in frypan
5. Add pestos and stir through
9. Spoon into serving bowls.
This sauce is also tasty serviced over chicken or beef. You can use either fresh or dried gnocchi.
