Tomato and Crab Soup

 

Ingredients Method

Large tin tomato soup

Medium onion, finely diced

Tub cream

Tin of crab meat

Milk, half the amount of soup tin

40g butter

1.Melt butter and add finely diced onion and sautee in butter until soft.

2.Drain tin of crab well and add to the onion and butter.

3.Warm through.

4.Add tin of tomato soup.

 

(This can be put aside now if doing for visitors - if doing to eat now continue)

 

Do not allow the mixture to boil at any time.

5.Add milk to the tomato soup tin until half full.

6.Add to mixture.

7.Just before it is ready to be served add cream added to the tomato soup tin until half full.

 

Serve with crusty bread - DELICIOUS.
